The hotel operation is in very good condition with many amenities unique to the market including both indoor and outdoor pool, meeting facilities, bar, fitness room and business center.
Altus is the home to Altus AFB, Western Oklahoma State College, many medical facilities, the Jackson County Courthouse and Seat, multiple state parks and lakes (including the Quartz Mountain State Lodge and Amphitheater) as well as other significant demand generators. Located at the intersection of US highways 62 and 283, Altus is just minutes from the Texas border but still within easy driving distance of Interstates 44, 35 and 40.
