The Vendor's View - Probably the longest running guest house by a single owner in Canterbury. For 30 years I have enjoyed entertaining guests from all over the world. Over the last 15 years I have hosted many top folk bands (the over 50s will probably be familiar with Fairport Convention and Steeleye Span).

In 2001 I added a self-contained flat to the rear of the property which is totally private and enjoys a log burner in the lounge and conservatory to the rear garden. It also benefits from private parking for up to six cars.
Located in the centre of Wincheap, this 1880s Victorian town house is ideally situated and just a 10 minute walk from the Cathedral and City Centre. To the rear of the property there is a comprehensive retail park, plus the benefit of a Morrisons supermarket and other well-known retail outlets within a 5 minute walk.
Wincheap is also within minutes of 2 mainline railway stations, the Marlowe Theatre, Kent County Cricket ground, hospital and two universities. The port of Dover and Eurostar terminal are just a 20 minute drive away.
