Biographie
M. Richardson a rejoint Newmark Phoenix Realty Group en tant qu'associé en février 1993. Il se spécialise dans les services de conseil et de transaction en immobilier industriel et gère le personnel de Phoenix. Depuis qu'il a rejoint Newmark Phoenix Realty Group, M. Richardson a négocié les ventes et les baux de nombreuses transactions importantes, notamment un bail de 1,5 million de pieds carrés à Laney & Duke/Haines, un bail de 817 000 pieds carrés à Samsonite et un bail de 550 000 pieds carrés à Football Fanatics. M. Richardson a travaillé dans le secteur de la construction en tant que surintendant adjoint pour la James M. Barker Company avant de rejoindre Newmark Phoenix Realty Group.
