Biographie
M. Montgomery a cofondé Phoenix Realty Group en 1993 avec Jim Sebesta et en a été président jusqu'en 2003. Il se spécialise dans les services de courtage industriel sur les marchés locaux et nationaux. En 2019, il a réalisé plus de 3,5 millions de pieds carrés de transactions totalisant plus de 100 millions de dollars en volume. Avant de créer Newmark Phoenix Realty Group, M. Montgomery a travaillé pour Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty, spécialisée dans l'immobilier industriel, et Unit Capital (plus tard connue sous le nom de GATX Logistics) en tant que directeur du développement.
