Virginia 95 Business Park ("VA 95") is located in Springfield, VA just west of I-95 at the Newington/Fort Belvoir exit and 5 minutes south of the Capital Beltway (I-495). Additionally, VA 95 is well served by a network of secondary roads providing linkage to major residential and retail areas without travelling on I-95 or I-495.
The development of VA 95 was begun in 1981. The site contains 17 buildings totalling approximately 1.2 million square feet. VA 95 was one of the first master-planned controlled development business parks in Northern Virginia and set the standard for high-quality business park environments. Boston Properties manages the project with an on-site property management and engineering staff.
The VA 95 "Amenities Building" includes an on-site 150-seat restaurant, and adjacent to VA 95 is a day care center as well as several eating establishments.
